The Deltaville Maritime Museum uses PastPerfect museum software to catalogue its collections in computerized files. All of these files are available through the computers in the museum, and selected items are available on the web through any browser or search engine.

Archives lists a variety of documents, paintings and drawings, as well as hundreds of National Fisherman articles by local author and historian, Larry Chowning.

Photos contains hundreds of historic and contemporary photos related to the Chesapeake Bay, boat builders, and watermen. It also contains an ever-growing collection of images taken by Larry Chowning.

Libraries lists the many books and magazines available in the Coe Library at the museum. It includes cover photos and tables of contents of nearly 700 The Rudder magazines dating from 1891 through 1977 that are stored at the museum.

Objects contains photos and descriptions of the numerous physical objects in the museum’s collection including models, tools, motors, etc.
